Fast forward five years and we have a leak coming through our bathroom fan. Trying to pinpoint the problem and called TJ Beam to check the roof. We called at 4:00 and he came out within 3 hours!!!! He checked everything, thoroughly, went over potential issues (not roof related), gave us great tips on how to solve the problem, AND went on the roof to caulk around the vents just to be safe. All of this and no charge!!! Love dealing with a contractor that stands behind their work! Highly recommend!!! |
