TJ Beam, Inc. is a local family-owned company in Lake in the Hills, Illinois that started in 2010 with an owner that was born in the Chicagoland area (Hanover Park).
We are here to stay.

As a general contractor TJ Beam, Inc. and all our crews are fully licensed and insured to get your project done right.
TJ Beam, Inc. is a restoration company that completes hundreds of roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and window projects each year.

We specialize in helping homeowners restore anything on the homes exterior, from storm damage roofing and siding to financing your new dream exterior we have you covered!!!

WHAT MADE T.J.
When I was 13, we moved away from all my friends while saddened it also sparked a new hidden interest. I was told we were building our OWN HOUSE FROM SCRATCH!!

We acted as our own general contractors and maintained timeline and budgets. I got to be hands-on throughout the project and was afforded the opportunity to worked beside my Stepdad, Brother, as well as other specialty crews. I learned trade work from quality union carpenters and craftsmen. Once the foundation was poured, then the fun started. I got to do a little of everything from the footings, joist hangers, stair stringers, rafters, and using HEAVY MACHINERY HELL YEA!!! Whooooooo sorry got carried away there. This is where I learned what it is like to be a HOMEOWNER, even before knowing what that meant. I got to experience every aspect of building a house. It is through that experience and years of working in the industry that prepared me for my future endeavors her at TJ Beam, Inc!! We worked to build my Mom's dream home during 1993-1995.

REST ASSURED we use top quality premium products to bring your home back to life. Family-owned means every job must pass my desk for review and approval because it means something to me. I take pride in what we do here at TJ Beam, Inc. It needs my stamp of approval as much as your own. We work together as a team from start to finish to make your home the show piece it deserves.

All of us here at TJ Beam, Inc. enjoy getting up every day and having the opportunity to help our neighbors here in the northwest suburbs replace their roofing and/or siding while helping them get back to their daily lives as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
